Welcome to our Farm Shop nestled in a picturesque Welsh Valley, only a stones throw from the tallest waterfall in Wales yet less than 10 miles from Oswestry, the third largest town in Shropshire.


We are a small yet sustainable working farm and as such are open via appointment only. We specialise in slow grown pasture raised meat, our cattle are 100% grass fed (pesticide free) and free of antibiotics (or any other non holistic treatments). We started this journey as producers as we wanted the best quality of meat possible without compromising on animal welfare, regardless of cost.

Our ethos is very much that of Nose to Tail as we believe every part possible of the animal should be not only utilised but appreciated to its full potential, as such you will often see various less common cuts such as Ox Tongue, Beef Cheek, Hanger Steak and much more.


Our passion is Wagyu due to it's high fat content and exceptional marbling characteristics. Being high in both oleic acid and monounsaturated fats it actually helps reduce cholesterol. This is very much the same case in the last of our much loved Aberdeen Angus stock which we currently have available to purchase. On average, our Angus cattle are 3-4 years of age as intramuscular marbling often doesn't truly kick in until around 30 months of age. That being the case, the animals get a considerably longer life than the industry standard, and a minimum of 3-4 weeks of dry aging really helps deliver the intensity and depth of flavour that the meat deserves.


Born and reared in Wales, fully traceable, slaughtered and processed in an approved abattoir/cutting plant. We also have some other exciting alternative meats in the pipeline including Emu and Wallaby!
